This page explains how Fuel IQ users can delete local app data, request deletion of backend records, and find official download links for the mobile app.

Delete Data Stored On Your Device
Fuel IQ stores vehicle QR records and related details locally on your device. You can remove this local data without contacting support.
- Open Fuel IQ on your device.
- Go to the vehicle or profile area.
- Delete an individual saved vehicle, or reset local app data if that option is available.
- Uninstalling the app also removes locally stored app data from the device, subject to your operating system behavior.
Request Deletion Of Backend Data
Fuel IQ may store limited backend records related to device registration, push notification delivery, timestamps, and location collected during registration when permission has been granted.
To request deletion of backend data, contact us through https://www.mtmfahath.dev.
Include the following so we can identify the correct record:
- Your request should mention Fuel IQ.
- Provide the device platform you used, such as iPhone or Android.
- If possible, include the vehicle number saved in the app.
- If you received notifications, mention that you want the related device registration or push token removed.
What Data Can Be Deleted
- Locally stored vehicle QR records and related local app data on your device
- Backend device registration records
- Push notification tokens associated with a registered device
- Stored backend location associated with device registration, if any
What May Be Retained
Some limited operational records may be retained temporarily where required for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, or legal compliance. Any remaining data is retained only for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes.
