Fuel IQ is designed to help users scan, import, store, and display fuel QR-related information and supporting vehicle details on their device.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and only with QR codes, vehicle information, and documents that you are authorized to use.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with local laws, regulations, and any rules that apply to your vehicle, permit, or fuel-related program.

Fuel IQ stores certain QR and vehicle-related information locally on your device so the app can work offline and recreate your QR code when needed.

• Maintain access to your device responsibly
• Protect your device from unauthorized access
• Ensure the data you save in the app is correct and lawful to use

Depending on which features you use, the app may request access to camera, photos or media library, location, and notifications.

If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work correctly or may be unavailable.

Fuel IQ may rely on third-party services to provide app functionality, including cloud services, notifications, and mapping or location-related services.

Your use of those services through the app may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those third parties.

We try to make Fuel IQ useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that:

• The app will always be available
• The app will always be error-free
• Station, quota, or availability information will always be current, complete, or accurate
• Notification delivery will always succeed

You should independently verify important operational or compliance-related information before relying on it.

• Use the app for fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized access
• Upload or store QR codes or vehicle data that you are not authorized to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app or related services
• Use the app in a way that violates law or the rights of others

Fuel IQ, including its design, text, branding, code, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to mtmfahath, unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend, limit, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the app at any time and may remove locally stored data through the app's controls or by uninstalling the app.

Fuel IQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We make no express or implied warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of use, or loss of opportunity arising from or related to your use of the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
